We always talking about happiness.One thing that people pursue tirelessly is keep laughing and stay away from sadness.Why? According to some researches,laughing does be good for health,while sadness works on the contary.
Laughing is liked by human being.Beacuse it can make us forget our troubles and release our pain.Besides,it is also useful in keeping good mood as well as postive atitude.Then,it's not exaggerated to say that you will make friends more easily if you have a smile on you face.Last but not least,laughing can make us live longer ang more energetic
