2.1 During the term of this Agreement and for twelve (12) months thereafter,Manufacturer shall
offer to sell to 公司名 all products developed,manufactured,distributed or sold directly by
Manufacturer,and may not enter in any contractual arrangement to exclude 公司名from purchasing
any products from Manufacturer or Manufacturer’s resellers,retailers,distributors,importers or
wholesalers or to restrict any resellers,retailers,distributors,importers or wholesalers of Manufacturer
to sell any products to Chauvet.
2.2 During the term of this Agreement and thereafter,Chauvet shall be entitled to sell,directly or
indirectly through its distributors or agents,any 公司名 Products in any territory in the world.
2.3 During the term of this Agreement,公司名 has the exclusive right to buy,sell,distribute or
incorporate as components any and all products developed,manufactured,distributed or sold directly
