我也要出国，这几天研究的差不多了，limited应该就是conditional ，也就是双录取，GPA低于3.0但是其他条件很好的，可以抵消GPA的缺陷，比如你托福GRE高，你的其他条件就可以低一点。
美国研究生一般前50没有双录取，本科相当多，基本每所学校都有。
大概情况就是这样吧
