all后面不用have,这里的all解释为“所有”,字典解释为“everthing”,是正式用法.例句：All was dark and silent dowm by the harbour wall .I hope all is well with you..另外,all后面没有用成all of something,不应把它作为复数.
been improving是因为到现在还在改变,并且以后可能还会继续改变.inproved是完成,也就是改变完了.所以在语境中用inproving是完全通顺正确的,所以没必要改.
