今天看英汉翻译教程,里面有这样一个列句.This Convention does not prevail on any international agreement which has already been or may be entered into and which contains provision concerning the matters governed by this Convention.书上翻译为本公约不优于业已缔结或者可能缔结且载有有与本公约所涉及事项有关的条款的任何国际协定.我不太清楚这里为什么可以将那么长一个定语从句前置来译,是什么情况下定语从句前置译,而什么情况下后置译啊?
特别是 which contains provision concerning the matters governed by this Convention这句很不明白

其实他这个翻译比较不错了.你也可以这样翻译：对于任何业已缔结或者可能缔结的国际协定,如果该国际协定有涉及到本公约的所述内容,那么,本公约的适用效力并不高于这些国际公约.
