精简地说,在英文里介绍食物或饮料的做法不太使用method.
当你说its method的时候的理解是“它的方法”.
所以不论是its method is to..或是 its method is that..都不恰当.
method的用法可以有
his method to solve this problem is good. 他的解题方法很好

然而,你依然可以用 the method for this cocktail is to..
或是to make this cocktail, you mix..等
