My father is a person who likes sports very much .Once he has free time he will take part in sports ,of course ,sometimes he will take me with him .In his opinion ,life lies in sports .He likes all kinds of sports but swimming is his favourite .This not only because it can makes him healthy but also can save lives in special conditions.Besides ,swimming can makes people stronger and thinner.At the same time swimming can makes our heart strong which has great benefit to our bodies.I believe our life will become more beautiful with the help of sports.
