As a outstanding leader, Jack Ma do not control company through stake as most of enterprisers do, on the contrary, Jack Ma who only have 10 percent of Alibaba’s shares create and conquer the great business empire for his intelligence, mind and vision. Owing to his big heart, he step down as CEO of Alibaba and hand future over to young people. And also owing to his great intelligence and foresight, Alibaba will have a brilliant today.
