I'm terribly sorry for the lack of one certification which is needed for the order.Today Ann will send me the original one from Beijing.I'll send it out as soon as I get it.However,I 'm afraid it has to been next monday!I will deliver all the rest documents when they are prepared by special delivery/express delivery.(口语表达）
We're so sorry to inform you that due to the absence of one certification which is required for the order,we can't send to you until next monday.Nevertheless,we offer you our promise that we will send to you as soon as we get it from Ann whom would send the original one back from Beijing.
