Recently,with the fast economic development in our country and the raising of people's living standard,our transportation cause is also developing rapidly,while the rate of traffic accident happening is also increasing.Traffic accidents cause not only death and injury to large amounts of people and heartbreak to many families,but great impacts on the economic development and social stability as well.Safety is the private premise of transportation,without which even the most advanced management and technique skills will be meaningless.So the research of transportation safety should be paid more attention to.This article analyzes the basic layer,process layer and stage layer （这三个层非常有可能是不对的,建议看专业书）of the road transportation safety system,finds the problems existing and gives relative solutions for future development.
