第一层：描述现象——大学生难找工作
Many of graduates in our country are kept constantly on the run, weighed down with botheration how they are able to be recruited and employed. Going to the bottom of its reason, I think it is not easy for them to find jobs.
第二层：分析原因
On the one had, what employers want are skilled workers of ripe age and simple unskilled laborers, while white-collar administrative and technical personnel are not much short. On the other hand, many a graduate think what they have studied is for the purpose of application, so they should be obliged to be engaged at suitable posts assigned for their duties.
第三层：提出解决办法
Said as narrated above, there is a gap between graduates’ taking up an occupation and employers’ inviting applications for a job. I suggest that the government should take available measures and try hard to find an approach to put the axe in the helve.
