【组成】天南星(炮) 川乌(炮,去皮、脐) 地龙(去土)各180克 乳香(研) 没药(研)各66克 草乌(炮,去皮、脐)180克
【用法】上药六味,各研细末,混和研匀,酒调面糊为丸,如梧桐子大.每服20丸,空腹时用冷酒送下,或用荆芥汤下亦得.
【功用】祛风通络,散寒止痛.
【主治】风寒湿邪侵袭经络,肢体筋脉挛痛,关节伸屈不利,疼痛游走不定；中风后手足不仁,日久不愈,经络中有痰湿死血,腰腿沉重,或腿臂间作痛；跌打损仿,瘀阻经络而疼痛者.
【方论】方中川乌、草乌辛热走窜,祛风除湿,温通经络,并可止痛,为主药；天南星燥湿化痰,以除经络中之痰温,为辅药；再以乳香、没药活血化瘀,地龙通经活络,共为佐使药.合而成方,能祛风湿,通经络,化痰湿瘀滞,故对上述诸证有效.
