Answer 1

Once the loan is overdue,both principal and accrued interest in arrear of Party A,
including any and all principal and interest which are brought to become due by Party B,
shall be charged with interest and compound interest ,
according to penalty interest rate and interest settlement stipulated in this Contract,
from over-due date to the pay-off date.
Overdue refers to behavior of Party A either failing to reimburse on schedule,or
exceeding deadline of the installment reimbursement plan of this Contract.
