没有despite of,只有inspite of .
"despite"后面接的一定是名词,例子：Despite all our efforts ,we still lost the game.尽管我们做了全部的努力,但还是输了游戏.
"inspite of"后面也是名词,例子：inspite of all our efforts ,we still lost the game .意思是一样的.
