英语中,一天当中的时间段名词（morning,afternoon,noon,evening,night等）,如有除冠词以外的修饰语时,应该用介词on.
所以单纯说“在上午（早上）”应该用in,也就是说在没有其他的修饰语时,只能用in the morning.
注意区别：
on the morning of June 1st (此处的morning还有一个介词短语of June 1st作后置定语）
in the morning on June 1st (此处只是时间的从小到大的顺序排列,不存在修饰与被修饰的问题）
