3,发货后,请贵司将运费发票扫描发给我们,以便报关之用

we accept your proposal,but we have some questions and requests that need your reply.
1.Please stamp the contract and then send it to us through scaning,we need it while paying.
2.Your limition of delivery is from ten to fifteen weeks,so when shall we pay for the goods?
3.After delivery ,please sent the freight invoice though scaning ,we need it while declaring at the customs.
