We acknowledge and accept your oder listed above.However,your oder will be governed solely and exclusively by the terms and conditions of sale set forth above and on the reverse side hereof.Our acceptance of your oder is expressly made conditional on your assent to these terms and conditions.Your assent shall be conclusively presumed from your failure seasonably to object in writing and from your acceptance of all or any part of your order.
