Dear Editor,
I would like to reply to the article“Helping and Learning”in your last newsletter. I agree with some ideas and disagree with others. The article said that students should be allowed to volunteer at the newspaper office. I agree with it. Some of the students want to be writers when they grow up. And they can learn a lot there to achieve their dreams. It said that students should be allowed to volunteer at old people’s home. I really agree with it. I think it is a very good experience for students. And they can get more things they can not get at school. The article said that students should be allowed to volunteer at weekends. I don’t agree. I think students need a good rest after a week’s hard work. And they need time to stay with their families.
