As we all know,food gives us energy.so We must have enough food to keep us healthy.But how to eat healthy?
the first,we should eat more vegetables and fruit instead of sweat or chocolate,because they can make us so fat.We only have this food 3times a week at most.
The second,we must have enough food for three meals,easpecially breakfast.
The third,we only have a meal in fast-food shops about once a week.We should have meals at home,because the food at home is cleaner and healthier.
At last,we should not drink alcohol,because it contains some harmful things.
Let 's use these ways to keep healthy from now on!Just as the old saying goes:" Health is more important than wealth."
The Spring Festival
the Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .
In the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .Dumplings are the most traditional food.In many places people like to set off fireworks .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money called Hongbao from their parents.It’s given to children for good luck .
There is dragon and lion dancing,as well.We watch TV and until midnight.It lasts about 15 days long.People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .
