In China,people often use cell phones. There are three types of circumstances. One man is walking and looking at his phone. Another one is riding and looking at his cell phone. The last one is driving and speaking in his phone. They are unsafe. They can't realise that cell phones are only a tool to contact with people. They should use them properly.
In my opinion, study is the most important thing. We should study as most as we can. We shouldn't use cell phones as PSP. We can only use them to contact with our parents.
