Field Technical Reports (FTR) are the key to improve the overall quality of Daihatsu vehicles.Distributor’s role in this important process is to clearly identify and accurately issue FTR to DMC for a speedy early resolution.
To submit clearly identify and accurately issue FTR to DMC,it is also necessary that Dealer Technical Reports (DTR) have to be submitted clearly identify,speedily and accurately from Dealers during the daily service operation.
As you know,we have already released D-Qnet (Daihatsu Quality Information Network) to submit FTR/ receive Tech Note between Distributor and DMC for above purposes,however we have no support for information system between Distributor and Dealer.
Now we are pleased to introduce DQS (Dealer Quality Information System for Daihatsu Vehicles) to assist your adopting information system between Distributor and Dealers.Please read the following introduction carefully and examine whether to participate with this program.
