According to my company's marketing strategy and rhythm, making the region the annual and monthly plans, and efforts to complete the sales task
Responsible for regional dealers sales, management and guidance, regular assess management of dealers , to ensure that the dealers' profits, satisfaction, and improve local market share
Responsible for preliminary review of dealers’ advertisement, and advertisement’s reimbursement
Note that the internal staff changes and operating funds of the dealers , and timely assess repayment risk and reduce financial risk
Regular visits to the market, understand competitors, collect dealers’ comments, feedback my company, to develop marketing strategies for my company and provide a reference for product updates
Responsible for the area within the major media and public relations, to avoid negative reports
Job Performance:
Responsible for the western region of Inner Mongolia, has developed 2 4s stores in Erdos and Bayannur, dealers are stable, and have higher satisfaction
From the end of 2008 to the end of 2009, year on year sales growth of more than 200% in 2010 compared with 2009, again increased by more than 50% sales growth in the sales department in the forefront, which in 2009 was awarded the honor outstanding regional sales manager
According to regional market characteristics, have been planning a large-scale promotional activities, a local dealer sold 46 cars for the day (usually sold as 3 cars a day or so)
Within the region during my tenure there had been no crisis, controlled debt risk, and harm interests of my company, my company never had to bear the financial risk
Self Assessment:
Have 5 years vehicle sales experience, familiar with managing dealers and managing the regional market
Have extensive experience in developing channels and evaluating channels, and in a short time analyze based on the dealer's business models to develop effective management practices, to enhance the dealer's marketing capabilities
Good at discovering and using the social relations of dealers, in order to improve dealer sales and service satisfaction
Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills, and establish a good relationship in a short time
Focus on execution and I have a strong sense of team
