They have to spend more and more time on the endless works and they also have to learn more new skills to deal with the continually raising problems. However, after all, no man is perfect and one can`t do anything better than others. Thus, it`s very necessary to manage this well to give yourself a reasonable slolution.
　　In one hand, try to keep your self be active and positive is very important. especially when you get in trouble with your work or study. This will help you with enhancing your confidence in find out the problems and achieve a progress. Otherwise, things will become worse and even your whole plan will be destroyed.For It`s said that one is in blue mood can`t see the flower is blooming but complaining for the rainy weather.
　　In another hand, you got 24 hours a day and it`s fair to everyone. But a reasonable time arrangement makes the life be easier. You need to get rid of bad habbits such as be distractible and be too ambitious etc.you need to list the things you have do and try to rank them.
