Dear Tom,
I'm writing to tell you that I'm going to New York for a 7-day visit this summer holiday. I plan to have a look at varies of places of intrests around the city,including several famous universities as well as some local families nearby. There is going to be an activity which allows me to experience the class atmosphere. If possible, I'll be able to communicate with teachers and students there.
I'm rather excited to meet you soon and could you please give me a hand? I'd appreciate it if you are kind enough to book a cheap hotel for me.I'm looking forward to your early reply.
