　　M：Yes certainly．That’s why I came here mm．Now what was your first garden like?

　　W：It was a very tiny piece of land which came with my house and Harrow West London．I don’t grow many plants from seeds but I have several friends and we often give each other plants．My garden is a place which often reminds me of so many people through the plants they’ve given me．

　　Chico Rivera is a player on the professional baseball team in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania．

　　He learned to play baseball almost as soon as he could walk．Chico was more interested in baseball than in school．When he graduated from high school in Puerto Rico he went directly to one of the professional baseball teams on the island．After two seasons he was selected to play for the Pittsburgh team．During his first year there he became an important member of the team．He was still only twenty years old．

　　Travel is a way of life for Chico now．He spends the winter in Puerto Rico where he still plays for his first team．Then he goes to Florida for spring training with the Pittsburgh team．The regular season runs from April to October so Chico spends the summer in Pittsburgh．However the team is on the road for much of the season so he spends a lot of time in hotels and motels．
