自改革开放以来,随着我国中小企业信息化的全面发展,中小企业占据中国企业的99%.中小企业在我国经济发展中有着极其重要的作用与地位,是国民经济的重要组成部分,同时中小企业在促进我国经济增长、提供服务、解决就业等方面也发挥了突出的作用,但由于其自身因素,市场竞争日趋激烈,使其经济发展受到制约.在中小企业的发展中,财务管理处于核心发展地位,也是衡量中小企业发展水平的重要指标.而我国中小企业的财务管理存在的诸多问题,使其不能与大企业公开、公平、公正地竞争,同时也难以适应经济全球化的要求.本文首先阐述我国中小企业财务管理的现状及问题进行分析,从而提出解决中小企业财务管理的建议对策,使中小企业能获得健康、持续的发展.

Since reform and opening up,along with the all-round development of small and medium-sized enterprise informatization in our country,the small and medium-sized enterprises occupy 99% of the Chinese enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises in China's economic development has the extremely important status and role,is an important part of national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises in promoting China's economic growth,at the same time to provide services,solve employment also played a prominent role,but because of its own factors,increasingly fierce competition in the market,make its economic development is in control.In the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,financial management development at the core position,is also the important indicators of small and medium-sized enterprise development level.And some problems in financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,make its can't open,fair,fair competition with large enterprises,but also difficult to adapt to the requirement of economic globalization.This article first elaborated our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial management analysis of the present situation and problems,and put forward the suggestion to solve the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management countermeasures,make the small and medium-sized enterprises can obtain healthy and sustainable development.
