本文针对某国产乘用车配备的发动机悬置系统进行深入研究.首先,通过三维软件建立系统的振动模型,导入到ADAMS软件中建立其动力总成台架系统动力学分析模型.然后,通过ADAMS/Vibration振动分析模块利用激振器的虚拟测试在ADAMS模型中进行受迫振动分析,并对此模型进行频域的仿真,分析此模型在不同作用点下频域的受迫影响.最后,通过ADAMS/Postprocessor对结果进行处理,绘制和动画显示受迫振动和频率响应函数,生成模态坐标表,显示频率数据.In this paper,the author will make a deep study on the engine mounting system of a domestic passenger car.The first step is to create a systemic model of vibration through the three-dimension software and lead it into the ADAMS software to build the dynamics analytical model of the bench powertrain system.Furthermore ,by ADAMS / Vibration exciter vibration analysis module using the virtual test carried out in the ADAMS model of forced vibration and make an emulation in frequency domain of this model to analyze the forced influence in different points.At last,dealing with the result through ADAMS/Postprocessor,drawing and animation displaying the function of forced vibration and frequency response,generating modal coordinates table and showing frequency data.
