A cognitive survey on Teenagers' Hypertension-related Knowledge
Abstract
Objective: Study hospitalized teenagers' knowledge about hypertension and explore the connection between the level of the Hypertension-related Knowledge and of the Blood pressure.
Method:questionnaire survey with high integrity and effectiveness is adopted to explore the connection between the level of the Hypertension-related Knowledge and of the Blood pressure.
Result: The number of hospitalized teenagers whose blood pressure is on the high side is 39 with the rate being 30%; The number of teenages who suffer Hypertension is 7 with the rate being 5%. The number who did good on the questionnaire (give the correct answers for 9 and above questions) is 47%, accounting for 36.15% of the whole number. The teenagers who did good on the questionnaire control better over the blood pressure than those who did bad.(P
