文章的主要结构为,想通过调查中国几个大城市（北京,天津,上海）,采用1980年-1990年出生的群体为分析对象.分析大城市总和生育率下降背后的原因,利用（数据分析,调差问卷）来证实我的推断,以国家统计局的数据建立模型,以问卷调查的形式侧面印证以及生育率下降后产生的积极或者负面的影响,然后针对这几个城市提出人口政策应该做的调整.
希望产生的研究结果是分析完中国大城市总和生育率下降后,中国未来的人口政策应该如何调整.如何能修正可能产生的负面影响?
我可能会用到的理论是我想使用马尔萨斯人口论 和 A model of fertility .可能会使用到STATA.

I want to write by Chinese big city fertility decline to discuss China's family planning performed 30 years after fertility and population change status
The main structure of this paper is to investigate,through several Chinese big city ( Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,1980 - 1990 ) by birth groups as the analysis object.Analysis of large city fertility decline reason,use ( data analysis,Adjustment Questionnaire ) to confirm my inference,to the National Bureau of statistics data to build a model,in the form of questionnaires flank confirm and fertility decline after the positive or negative effect,then according to the proposed several city population policy should make an adjustment.
Want to produce the results is after analyzing the Chinese big city fertility decline,China's future population policy should how to adjust.How to modify the possible negative effects?
I may use the theory is that I want to use Malthus theory of population and A model of fertility.May be of use to STATA.
