可以用stay和last
stay作系动词,就是单纯的保持一个什么状态.
不选remain的关键有一个被单独留下在那保持原状的意思.比如
the desk remain dirty while the room has been cleaned
这句里用remain就比stay好.
last 与其他几个用法很不一样；比如our friendship will last forever,这样的情节就不能用stay,remain 替换；last 作持久讲是不及物动词,而且意义不大一样,表示时间上继续下去,不强调状态；而stay,remain 倾向于强调状态,
