我是中国ACM贸易公司销售部经理.我写此信是要就我2013年6月26日购买的衬衫在运输过程中浸入海水而进行投诉的.
我订购了1000打的衬衫,你方为我方5月10日之订单B278号所供应的衬衫已送达,但遗憾的是,部分纸箱湿透了,其中有60打衬衫已被海水浸泡,我注意到部分纸箱湿透了无法进行正常的出售.失去了大量的质量.我们通过检查.原因是：包装质量完好,完全是运输不当造成的.这是三星期以来第二次出现这样的问题,我方对你方提供的服务深感不满.请确保类似问题不再出现,否则我们会终止合约.
我今天上午（8月4日）打电话到贵公司,是与一位叫Morris先生的部门经理讲的,他电话里很无理,告知我说因为自然原因遇到大风,船舱进水,无法处理.对此,我深感不满,因为我多年来一直是贵公司的忠实顾客,在此事件之前,从来没有任何投诉.因此,我对受到如此待遇深感失望.然而,我的要求并不高.
我想提出几条建议以供参考：
1.尽快制定改进方案.
2.将问题衬衫退回,重新发出60打衬衫.
3.保证今后类似事件不再发生.
4.或者按照合约第六款第2条办理.（合约中已经注明：关于货物损坏的赔偿办法）

to you in June 26,2013 I purchased a shirt in the transport process
of immersion in
sea water
and
complaints.I ordered 1000 dozen shirts,your supply for our May 10th order No.B278 shirt has been served,but unfortunately,
part of the carton
wet,of which there are
60 dozen
shirts have
been immersed in
seawater,I noticed some cardboard soaked unable to conduct normal sale.Lost a lot of quality.We pass the exam.
The reason is:
quality packaging
intact,is
completely
improper transport.
This is the three
week since
second
time appear such
problem,we deeply dissatisfied with the service you
offer.Please ensure that similar problems do
not
appear,otherwise we will terminate the
contract.I am today (August 4th) to call your company,with a Mr.Morris spoke to the Department Manager,his telephone very unreasonable,
I was told that
because of natural
causes encountered
strong winds,
the entering water,
cannot be processed.
In this regard,I
am deeply
unhappy,because over the years I have been your loyal customers,before this event,there was never any complaints.Therefore,I feel disappointed to be treated in such a
manner.However,my request is not high.I want to put forward some suggestions for reference:1 as soon as possible to
develop improved
scheme.The shirt back 2,re issued 60 dozen shirts.3 ensure that similar incidents do not occur.4 or sixth paragraph second shall be handled in accordance with
the
contract.(Note:the contract regarding damage compensation) do what ever you do,I will be very satisfied.We look forward to receiving your reply in the affirmative.
