“What a lovely day!” When I got up,I said to myself.It was still cold,but I liked the sunshine very much.
My younger sister said she wanted to eat popcorn.I went to the street.On the street,I saw an old man who was using a magical and old machine .I couldn’t tell it in English.It could make corn bigger and sweeter like popcorn.I bought a bag of popcorn,it cost five Yuan,I gave him ten Yuan,and he gave me five Yuan.
I gave the popcorn to my sister and gave the other five Yuan to my mother and told her about.But she said ’’It was very cold outside,the man was very cold,old,hungry and poor,Why you didn’t give him the other five Yuan,ten yuan were not so much!”
I didn’t agree with my mother.That man was old and poor,but he still was a businessman.He was doing business with me.I had to respect him.That is what is called “fair” .I couldn’t do that to him.I should let him think that I was showing sympathy for him.He was a businessman.If I gave him the other five Yuan,it meant something bad .It was bad for him.It was worse than being old,hungry and poor.
Now ,I am sure that respect and equality are the most important.
