Dear Paul,
Recently my family is planning to improve our housing conditions.There are in total two different homes for us to choose from.I am having a hard making the final choice,so I would like to ask your opinion.
One is a modern apartment located in a business area.I personally prefer that one because first of all it is quite bright,which can reduce the use of electricity; second of all,I like the fact that using the internet and shopping would be more convenient; and last but not least their are many parks and entertainment places for public use.
Well,the second one is a traditional flat house.There are many pros to choosing this house too.I really like the serenity of the area,and the fact that the air isn't heavily polluted like in the city.The price is cheap too,and the neighbors are very amicable unlike in more populated places.
Paul,please help me make a choice.Thanks a lot.
