Customer always Be urging us to transport these sample articles by air to him as soon as possible,we also already indeed confirm with you like,is on last Saturday sent a car by you to come over to pull the goods to the airport.But Saturday,we made a lot of telephones call to arrive your company always is do not connect,please ask this to where is the reason why,when send a car to come over to lift goods.

The client(s) have/has being hastend us to airlift those patterns to them/him/her all the times ,and we also have confirmed that you whould have sent the cargoes to airport on last Saturday.But,when we called you so many times in Saturday ,there was no one answer actually!What was the problem though,please?When will you send cars to pick up the goods?
