我司（ ）为更好保证给XXXXXX有限公司加工产品的供货质量,现承诺如下：
1、 全程使用环保物料,客户指定原材料品牌、规格未经书面允许不能变更；
2、 产品必须100%的进行功能（过充、过放、过流、电阻、内阻、自耗等）全检出货,如有其它功能按照规格书进行检测；100%进行外观检查,保护板元器件无虚焊、假焊、半焊等焊接不良,元器件各个引脚浸锡度（高度?面积?）不低于90%,五金、镍片IC、MOS推力测试需≥3KG.
3、 来料检验合格后上线不良率≤0.3%；
4、 品质异常的及时处理,做好现场管控,我司反馈的不良问题决不重复出现；
（客户反馈的问题要在4小时内进行初步分析并给出临时处理品方案,客诉需要在3个工作日内给出有效的8D报告）
5、 市场批量品质问题零投诉；
（定义：同一不良现象≥1%,造成的XXXX已经收货或销售的产品整批返工、批量市场招回）
6、 决不出现安全方面的质量隐患,如：短路、起火、安规不过等；
违反以上承诺的任意一项,我司愿意承担由此引起的全部损失（包括：物料损耗/返工工时/货期延迟处罚/间接客户处罚条项等）,并接受额外追加（RMB：1000到20000元）的罚款.
