我司就与贵司签订纳米喷镀韩国独家代理合同提出如下意见：
1． 我司与贵司于2007年9月8日签订之代理协议书中规定,贵司须于2007年9月13日前支付第一次权利金美金10万元（共美金20万元,分二次付清）给我司,但贵司拖延至今一直未能按照协议书规定之日期将款项支付给我司.
2． 我司现要求贵司务必于2007年9月28日前对以上意见作出明确答复,否则我司将以解除合约处理.
