I’m writing to tell you about the discussion about whether it is good or not for families to own private cars. With the improvement of people’s living conditions, more and more people have their own cars.
Some of us think it good to own a car. For one thing, the car is a kind of convenient, fast and pleasant transportation. For another thing, it shows that people’s living conditions are improving and our country is getting richer and stronger. Meanwhile, it makes other businesses and industries develop faster.
However, others hold different views. They think waste gases from the cars pollute our environment badly. Besides, too many cars will have some had effects on the traffic and lead to more accidents. Also, parking is another big problem. In my opinion, we shouldn’t encourage people to own private cars. Yours sincerely,
