Section6.05.Application of Cacellation to Maturities of the Loan
Except as the Bank and the Borrower shall otherwise agree,any cancellation shall be applied pro rata to the several maturities of the principal amount of the Loan which shall mature after the date of such cancellation and shall not have been therefore sold or agreed to be sold by the Bank ;provided that the provisions of this Section shall not apply in cases where the Loan Agreement provides for the determination of a separate amortization schedule for specified amounts of the principal of the Loan as such disbursed amounts are withdrawn from the Loan Account.
