Some individuals believe that using computer and internet would have enormous benefits to the human.For instance,people can watch films on it instead of go to the camera,they also use the internet to make new friends and chat with others without telephone.We can also use coputer and internet to get accurate real-time information and news for free.
However,if people stay in front of the computer every day,it will damage our heathly.Individuals should not stare at the screen for too long time because their eyes must have relaxation.Similarly,it is harmfui that people sit for too much time without any exercises.Even though computer is a great innovation,it has many disadvantages on people.By using computer,people may spend more time on it than going out.There will be less face-to-face communication between humanbeings and people would get far away from the real world.To be hoest,computer is just a tool for people 's work and study,but some individuals are putting all of their spirit into it and cannot control themselves by using it.
