1、All notices, requests, demands and other communications under this Agreement must be inwriting and will be deemed to have been duly given (i) on the date of service if servedpersonally on the party to whom notice is to be given, (ii) on the day of transmission if sentvia facsimile transmission to the facsimile number given below and confirmation of receipt isobtained promptly after completion of transmission, or (iii) on the first business day afterdelivery to Federal Express or similar overnight courier。
2、 In the event an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, this Agreement shall be
construed as if drafted jointly by the parties and no presumption or burden of proof shall
arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any of the provisions of
this Agreement.
