Dear professor,
Hi, I am a student who applied for your school through exchange student program.
I am writing this letter because i got some questions about your school's academic schedule. (I've tried to find some informations about academic calender of 2012-spring semester in your school's website, but regretably only 2010 or older ones were available.)
I heard that I need to arrive several days earlier form March first because of the registration. So when is the registration day and when does the school dormitory open for international students? And when does the semester end and when do I have to leave dormitory after the semester ends?
