Since the implementation of reform and opening-up policy, the privite economy has developed very fast. As the main force of private economy, the family enterprises have made significant contribution to China's economic development. However, the management problems in family enterprises are becoming more and more serious, especially in the respect of human resources management. Therefore, researching the human resources management problem of family enterprises is great important to promote the development of family companies and keep the sustainable and stable development of national economy.
First of all, the thesis introduced the difinition and characteristics of family enterprises. Through the simple understanding of family business, it brought out the problems of human resources management and analysed the superiority and inferiority about this. Then it pointed out that the current situation and the problems of human resources management in our family enterprises and analysed the reasons. In the end, it gave some corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems based on the analysis.
