针对这两个问题,我们QC有向验货员解释,但验货员没有理会.
1、套管未套到位.但当时增加套管是为了防止端子之间爬间距离不够,担心引起高压不良.但验货中只有2台产品各有一根没有套到位,且并没有对产品造成高压不良影响.
2、套管破裂.这个是员工安装过程中套管与端子摩擦被刺破,只有一台产品的一根套管有此情况,其他的套管都没有破,且爬间距离大于4mm,对产品没有任何影响,高压测试都是通过的.这点可以向验货员证实!
3、重新返工必会对产品外观造成不可估计的影响!重新返工及验货也必会占取大量时间,对出货造成影响.
请重新判断这批货物能否出运.

For these two issues,we have QC explained to the inspector,but the inspector did not care.
1,the casing is not set in place.But at that time to increase the casing is to prevent crawling distance between terminals is not enough,worried that high pressure caused by bad.However,only 2 sets of inspection products have not set a place,and there are no adverse effects on the product caused by high pressure.
2,casing collapse.This is the staff of the casing and the terminal during the installation of the friction is punctured,only one product of a sleeve with this situation,the other of the casing are not broken,and the distance between climbing more than 4mm,no effect on the product,high-pressure tests are passed.This can be confirmed to the Inspector!
3,the re-appearance of the product will cause rework will be the impact of unpredictable!Rework and inspection also will be allowed to crowd a lot of time on the ship impact.
