2.Draft signed the MOU by both parties with ZHONGHE CO.LTD,and then 4 phototype machines with be delivered by ZHONGHE CO.LTD(2 with cover and 2 without cover).
3.October 9,Hong Lin will send the ContractualFramework.Before that,condition of the draft by ZHONGHE CO.LTD will be sent the the other party.
4.To develop the phototype machines after recieived them.(about a month after the phototype machines had been delivered)
5.Phototype machine test and evaluation.
6.ZHONGHE CO.LTD will decide whether to continue the cooperation of production development.(2 months after the cmopletion of test) If not,then Hong Lin will return the 2 with cover phototype machines to ZHONGHE CO.LTD,also can find another company of from a third party for a partnership.
During the actual operation of coorperation interchange activities,both parties will engage in discussion with all involved problems and to achieve the common goal of signing the actual porject agreement documentation.
The memorandum of this cooroperation will not form any part of both parties legally or financially but just to build an essence mutual beneficial partnership.Both parties shall put in their Implementation efforts to promote this mutually partnership project on the basis of this cooroperation memorandum.
