我国上市公司对经济发展起到越来越重要的作用,促使资本市场规模越来越大.而上市公司的股权结构一直是影响公司融资行为及其发展的重要因素.本文叙述了上市公司融资行为理论,结合我国上市公司股权结构中管理层持股少,流通股与非流通股差距悬殊,尤其是国有股“一股独大“三方面特点,通过理论研究和实证研究表明我国上市公司对股权融资的明显偏好.最后,结合我国现实国情,要改变目前我国上市公司国有股比例过高,股权过于集中的现状,需采用加大经理人员持股比例等途径优化股权结构,以改善公司治理,规范公司融资行为.本文旨在探究我国上市公司股权结构的现状,及其对融资行为的影响,力图找出解决对策,为上市公司融资行为提供合理有效的建议.

Abstract
China's listed companies to economic development play an increasingly important role in promoting the capital market scale is growing.And the shareholding structure of listed companies has been the impact of corporate finance and development of the important factors.This paper describes the behavior of listed companies financing,combined shareholding structure of China's listed companies in the management of small holdings,and non-tradable shares in circulation gap between the poor,especially state-owned shares "Yigududa" three characteristics,through theoretical research and empirical research China's listed companies shows that the equity financing of the obvious preference.Finally,the reality of China's national conditions,China must change the current ratio of state-owned shares of listed companies too high,too much focus on equity of the status quo,managers need to increase the use of stake ownership structure optimization,and other ways to improve corporate governance and standardize corporate finance acts.This paper aims to explore China's listed companies shareholding structure of the status quo,and its impact on the financing of an attempt to find solutions for the financing of listed companies to provide a reasonable and effective proposals.
