Dual units (both in US Customary and SI, this includes degrees Celsius) should appear throughout the text, tables, and figures. Please view the Sample Mnauscript. Only in the cases of very complex and large tables and figures, two options are acceptable:
(i) Provide a duplicate table or figure with the secondary units.
(ii) Provide the conversion factors for the units used in the table or figure under the table or figure.

dual units是指一套两张可以复写的纸,上面一张写,下面一张就复写上了.
我猜想是这样,但是不敢100％确定,因为这样的话好像要求很奇怪啊.所以就不翻译了,万一错了就贻笑方家了.
