(1)我的over draft limit是0磅,我以为是不允许透支.可是事实却是允许透支但是要罚款,这样的信息是misleading的,是银行的错.
(2)银行方面之前没有任何的方式告知我的帐户如果透支要收30磅,直到我透支了才寄信给我,这样是不厚道的.如果及时地用email或者txt通知我,我可以马上转钱过去,但是银行没有.而且在透支的第二天就寄信说要罚我钱,根本不给我时间转帐cover.

1 My over draft limit is showed to be o pound ,i thought it means not allowed to over draft.
but the fact is that over draft is allowed and as a result i should pay for penalty,the bank information is misleading,they should take the responsibility.
2 The bank did not notify me in advance that if i over draft there will be a 30 pounds penalty to my account until i had done it,it is not honest.
If they had emailed me or sent the warning to me by TXT,i would have transfered the money to my account ,but they had not.
And,the penalty information arrived to me immediately i over drafted,so there was no time for me to trasfer accounts.
