1.第一题选A.这句话的先行词是cases（案例,情况）,在从句中做状语(in the cases).意思是：在这章的后面一点,有些案例要向读者介绍,在这些案例中,消费者的抱怨最后导致了法律规则的改变.这里的where=in which=in the cases
2.这题选B.先行词是days.本来when引导的这个定语从句理论上该放在days的后面,但这样一放,主语部分太长,谓语（are gone)太短,头重脚轻,所以将从句后置了.
