Dear sir/madam
i would like to complain to you about 213 noisy neighbour and hope you can do something about it.
i live in 210,my neighbour frequent hold party until midnight.i have a habit to goto bed at 11pm,but my neighbour doesn't concer ohters who study and have callsses in the morning,i have told him about my complain,but he still do what he do.
i hope you can help us with this issue,this impact to all students who live in this floor.

i would like to complain to you about 213 noisy neighbour and hope you can do something about it.
i live in 210,my neighbour holds party until midnight frequently.i have a habit to goto bed at 11pm,but my neighbour doesn't care about others who study and have classes in the morning. i have complained to him,but he still do as before.
i hope you can help us with this issue. it bothers all students who live on this floor.
