我不会否认年纪大的观点，但是我更加同意年轻人的观点。你不能说年纪大的那个人观点是错的，但是现在的IT产业环境已经有所改变，而他的观点已经不适用于如今的IT产业环境。而那个年轻人可能会因为他目前还是在校生的缘故考虑问题还不是很深入，但是他的大方向是对的。
虽然他们在这次的对话中持有不同的观点，但是年纪大的那个总是耐心的等待年轻人说完他的观点再表达自己为什么不同意他的观点，而年轻人同样也是如此。
我的翻译：
I would not denial the elder guy's opinion but I would more agree the younger one. You can't say the elder guy is wrong but his opinion does not march the current IT field's environment which have already been changed. The younger person maybe is younger because he has not finish his college now and there is something he did not think too deep, but his track is right.
But good thing is their conversation is very friendly even they have different opinions, the elder guy always lets the younger person finished his opinion and then told him why he don't agree. And the younger person do the same things.
